Shakira, Madonna, Ray Charles, Steve Martin, Tiger Woods, Kevin Bacon, Ben Stiller, and a host of others have been exposed to questionable requests from agency folk. I have no idea why common sense disappears in these situations. It may be that the agency folk have to serve too many masters. With the commodification of the industry, things have gotten worse and they’ll continue to get worse.
